Summary

“My Companies” provides a list of companies you’ve either created or joined. You can select your current company for budgeting purposes and access company administration features.

Getting Started

To begin, click the “My Companies” icon in the main menu bar. 

Alternatively, you can access it from the dropdown menu by clicking the company name in the header. 

Member Roles

Forekit offers three different company member roles:

• Owner:
  • Created the company.
  • Has all admin permissions.
  • Can delete the company.
• Admin:
  • Has all admin features permissions.
• Member:
  • Accesses company budgets at the invited level (Editor or Reader).

My Companies List

This list displays companies in which you have a role:

• Companies you created as an owner.
• Companies you joined as a member.
• Companies where you received an invitation.

Total Owned Companies

This page displays the companies you have created as owner, along with the total limit based on your subscription.

Selecting a Company

To switch your current company, click the “Select” button next to the desired company. This action will keep you on the My Companies page.

You can also directly jump into the main budgeting page of a company by clicking the “Select and Go Budgeting” button.

Joining Pending Invitation

If you have pending member invitations, click the “Join the pending invitation!” button to accept. It will automatically redirect you to the landing page of the company.

Company Administration

Admins can access the admin page directly from the admin dropdown.

Deleting a Company

As an owner, you can delete a company by clicking the “Delete” button. If the company you want to delete is your current company, select another current company first.
